Queentown mountain wedding two

Kirsty and Tim’s New Zealand autumn elopement wedding was stunning! Autumn (March, April and May) is our favourite time of year in Queenstown when the trees turn shades of red and yellow and the light is beautiful soft and golden. In short, a photographers dream! Scott took Kirsty and Tim to a few out-of-the way spots in Arrowtown for a relaxed and fun photo shoot before their helicopter flight. Full of colour, stone ruins, a swing bridge and even a curious horse!

The couple were lucky enough to have Kirsty’s parents travel to be with them for their elopement. They chose a double landing on The Remarkables first for their ceremony and then Cecil Peak for a late-afternoon photo shoot. Big thanks to our wonderful vendors and celebrant Sophia Shortcliffe.

Kirsty and Tim booked our The Adventure Begins mountain wedding package with a dual landing to The Remarkables and Cecil Peak, The Ledge. This includes planning and coordination, 5 hours photography, celebrant, ceremony video, gift basket, hair, makeup and flowers, bubbles, witnesses, transport and helicopter flights with extended landing times.
