Scott caught up with Luna and Jack at their Airbnb to capture the sweetest ‘first look’ between the groom and bride-to-be. A first look is an increasingly popular way to still have a big reveal moment on an elopement wedding. After this they headed off for some lakeside photos away from the crowds and a stroll through some native bush and a bit of shade.
The weather gods were definitely smiling for Luna and Jack’s mountain wedding with lots of blue sky and sun. And just enough wind to make Luna’s veil flutter nicely. Luckily it stayed in for just long enough to get some stunning pics before it flew off the ledge and away down the mountain. There must be quite a collection of fly-away veils down the bottom of The Ledge by now.

“Thank you Melissa and Scott for a wonderful wedding day. Beautiful shots!! We had so much fun and it was the dream wedding we’ve been dreaming for. The photos are indeed breathtaking and have captured all the special moments throughout the day- our friends and colleagues are now considering an elopement too after seeing just the sneak peek photos! We shared the photos with our family and friends and they thought they were pages from a bridal magazine!” Luna and Jack
